Michelle Osborne – Lead Operations Support

Heading up our operations helpdesk, Michelle is a friendly, outgoing personality who is well liked by all. She has the ability to get the jobs delivered as they come in, and keep tabs on the growing number of engineers in the field

Michelle’s background was a busy trade environment, and she has settled into the role and made it her own, with a positive client feedback on her capabilities.

David Clay – Helpdesk Administrator

A new addition to our team, David brings 20 years experience in operations management in the healthcare industry and a wealth of qualifications in Health and Safety and compliance.

He will be a valuable asset as the company portfolio grows, working side by side with Michelle in the day to day running of operations.
